I received a warning, I was on my team is not enough. When I checked, Panda is not found everywhere. Finally I was able to install Panda, but when I try to open the program, I get the message "Panda Antivirus has detected a new operating system and must be reinstalled.

Furthermore, Windows Defender has been shut down and restart the engine is the message that the new definitions could not be found. Please help!
